I work remotely and transparently with my customers.
Depending on your preferences, the briefing can take place over the phone or by video via Zoom or Teams. I'll ask you questions about your brand image, positioning, values, targets, needs and expectations.
Following this fruitful exchange, I'll provide you with a detailed quote. If you're happy with it, you'll need to sign it and return it to me, along with a 50% deposit.
I don't jump straight into creation. I carry out a study of the competition (logo, colors, communication style, website, etc.), mixed with design trends.
I present you with a summary of my preliminary analysis, as well as the creative direction I recommend in line with the initial brief. We discuss the moodboard to get your feedback and make sure we start with a design that makes sense.
Depending on the number of proposals in the brief, I'll come back to you with a minimum of two. Occasionally I'll come back with more, at no extra charge of course. This is often the case for logos and brand names. I'll give you a few days to make your choice and come back to me for validation or modification.
After a short period of reflection, you select one of the proposals and validate it by return e-mail and payment of the balance. Conversely, you tell me what you don't like and I adjust the changes (usually up to three round trips). Don't worry, I won't let you down if I need to correct a typo or make a minor change.
After validation of the final proposal, I prepare and send you the invoice for payment, as well as the file for RGB screen resolutions and CMYK printouts, in several file formats you may need in the future: jpeg, png, pdf hd etc . For the website creation service, I'll give you access and take the time to train you on how to use the back office so that you can make modifications yourself.
